Please note that our childcare center is unique and we are not a full year operation. We operate in conjunction with our local school district and follow the same 10-month calendar year as the teachers of the school district. This program was founded on helping school teachers and those that work in the school system. However, we welcome all if our calendar works with your schedule. We operate from late August to mid June each school year. Summer care MAY or MAY NOT be available. So plan accordingly for the summer months.

INFORMATION
Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Early Learning Center accepts children 3 months to 12 years of age. We accept all children including children with disabilities and special needs. All of our children at the center are full-time care students. We do offer part time with a minimum of 3-days a week. The center accepts children on first come, first serve basis. Children are accepted based on available space in the age classrooms. We will put your child's name on our reservation list if there are no spaces available and contact you as soon as a space becomes available. Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Early Learning Center admits children and hires employees on a nondiscriminatory basis, without regard to race, ethnicity and or religion.

Parents interested in enrolling a child or children should make an appointment to tour the center. The next step in the process is to have an interview with the director. At this time parents will be given a Parent Packet containing the following basic forms from Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and forms that are required for the center (PHHELC):

Health Inventory, Blood Lead and Immunization forms must be completed and signed by a physician prior to the first day. MSDE Office of Childcare Licensing rules dictate that children cannot attend the center without proper paperwork on file. Please complete all the necessary documents prior to your child's start date. ALL forms must be submitted at least 3 days before your child's start date.

FEES​
​Fees for Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Early Learning Center vary based on the age of the child and if fulltime or parttime. Please refer to our pricing on our financial agreement (PDF) form more details.

Palmer's Heavenly Hearts accepts ACH, Debit Card, or Credit Card payments through our childcare management application "PLAYGROUND". You will also enroll your child through the "PLAYGROUND" application as well. You can find the LINK HERE.
